A1 girder broken, unloading at KC station, 24 Sept 1964

4 photos of an accident at the KC railway station site when a large concrete bridge beam was dropped and broken. The crane lifting it off the train fell during unloading. Dated to photos taken on 24th September 1964.
Concrete beams were delivered by train to KC and then offloaded onto lorries hired to take them out to the A47/A1 floyver construction site.
