Bottle cap, stamped 'English make' (with ruler)
Wooden bottle cap like item 2691 but unused. Stamped in blue ink on top 'English Make' and round sides 'J V Green, Maker, King's Cliffe'. Stamping with 'English Make' indicates competition with foreign imported woodware, possibly from Germany in the early 1900s.

Bowl, view into bowl (with ruler)
Wooden bowl, approx 3.5 inches in diameter, undecorated. Stamped on base in blue ink with maker's name 'J V Green, maker'. Possibly made as a 'cash bowl' for use in village shops.

Wooden egg cup, cup cracked, base with faded circular patterning. Paper label written by Canon John Bryan says 'Egg cup made by John Ventross Green, turner of King's Cliffe'. John Ventross Green died in 1933.
